Status: Open. The current round closes on October 31, 2026, and the winner is announced on December 1, 2026 (checked October 14, 2026). The scholarship has rolling monthly deadlines, and Bold.org says students who apply earlier have a greater chance of winning.
About the scholarship
Bold.org funds this scholarship. Bold Foundation Inc., a US nonprofit, runs it. One student wins $25,000.
Bold.org says “boldest” does not mean “best” or “most accomplished”. The judges look for a profile that is earnest, determined and moving.
Who can apply
- Students at any education level: high school, college or graduate school
- Students in any state, field of study or GPA
The scholarship page does not list a citizenship rule. Bold.org welcomes students of any citizenship, but it can only send scholarship money to schools in the United States. So you need to study at, or plan to attend, a US school.
