The ISACA Cybersecurity Month Scholarship gives five cybersecurity students $2,500 each for school costs, plus a career package from ISACA. It is run by the ISACA Foundation, the charity arm of ISACA, the global association for IT audit, governance and security professionals. It is open to students worldwide, so you can apply from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, India or anywhere else, and you do not need to be an ISACA member.
Status: Open, closing 3 November 2026 at 11:59 pm US Central Time. That is 6:59 am on 4 November in Nigeria. Only a few days are left, so ask for your recommendation letter today (checked October 29, 2026).
What it covers
- US$2,500 for education costs at the school you attend in 2027, paid in January and February 2027.
- International students are paid directly. Students at US schools have the money paid to the school.
- An ISACA Career Building Bundle with one year of ISACA student membership, one ISACA certificate online review course, one ISACA Virtual Conference registration, a place in the ISACA mentoring programme and support to start an ISACA student group at your school.
The money can only be used for full-time or part-time enrolment, credit courses, tuition and school fees, books, supplies or essential technology.
Who can apply
- You are 18 or older.
- You are enrolled in, or accepted to, an accredited college, university or technical training institute.
