Oklahoma State University assistantships fund many master’s students at OSU in Stillwater through research and teaching posts. Departments award them, and they usually bring a monthly stipend and a tuition waiver. Nigerian, Ghanaian, Kenyan and Indian applicants can apply, with no nationality limit stated on the pages checked, but you will need an F-1 or J-1 visa and proof of funds. Indian applicants should note that OSU does not accept a three-year bachelor’s degree from India on its own.

Status: specific position not confirmed. OSU’s official pages do not show an ecology master’s research assistantship with a $25,000 yearly stipend or a November 15, 2026 deadline. Ask a faculty member in writing before you rely on them. OSU’s regular admission and assistantship routes remain open to you (checked November 4, 2026).
